Intellectual property law
Book 9 of the Dutch Civil Code is reserved for an inclusion in future
of the statutory provisions on intellectial property rights into the Dutch
Civil Code. At the moment, it is still uncertain if or when Book 9 shall
enter into force. Until then, the separate Acts on these subject-matters
